Classic Carpentry was opened in the spring of 2000 by Paul and Mike Groot. The two brothers decided to combine their skills to form a unique company that could provide excellent service, experience, and value, especially in the carpentry and electrical trades.
Initially, they ran their business out of a small workshop in Mike's garage and their grey Classic cube van loaded with tools. They took this “shop on wheels” from site to site, building on their experience and providing their customers with exceptional work and service.
Our Company Today
In the past 15 years, Paul and Mike have established Classic Carpentry as a company that “takes care of a job from start to finish." Not only do they provide custom cabinetry, they also do:
Classic achieves high standards of work because Paul or Mike supervises each project personally. The business is built on providing the customer with three things:
A large percentage of Classic's business is repeat customers and referrals: a testament to the company's success at achieving customer satisfaction.
“Paul visited with us multiple times to assess our needs, determine our interests, and develop a plan that we were 100% happy with. The diversity of skills among this crew means your job is done with one team, not multiple contractors—a definite plus!”
Today, Classic has expanded to a new workshop with an
adjoining showroom at 346 Marf Avenue in Mississauga.
